NZBA is grateful for the opportunity to submit on the Housing Review Stage Two Consultation Paper covering asset class treatment of residential property investment loans in BS2A and BS2B, capital requirements for reverse mortgage loans in BS2A and BS2B, removal of the qualifying revolving retail exposure option in BS2B, and removal of the foundation internal ratings based approach in BS2B.
