Review of access to financial advice for New Zealand: Proposed terms of reference

NZBA welcomes the FMA’s review of access to financial advice and supports the intention of improving the availability of financial advice in Aotearoa New Zealand.  We consider the review should focus on the areas where there is the greatest opportunity to positively impact access to advice, including right-sized requirements, regulatory overlap, and digital advice.
